All of our sublimation products are printed to order in our home studio.

First, we use a Sawgrass sublimation printer to print the artwork, and then, once the artwork is cut to size, we use heat resistant tape to apply the artwork to the product.

A heat press is then used to activate the ink and dye the artwork onto the product. The end result is a permanent, vibrant and vivid artwork on an everyday usable product.

The products we sublimate include:

• 11oz ceramic mugs with a glossy white finish,
• Coasters with glossy white surface and cork back.

If you’re looking to personalise your products, you can add a name or short message to individual products. Simply add the message into the personalisation information text box on the cart.

Each personalisation replaces any text included in the design (where applicable) and can be up to 20 characters max.

Your text will be added using our chosen font and the text colour will be picked from within the design. If you would like to choose a colour from the design, please add that to your personalisation information in the cart.

Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

For other sublimated products, such as coasters and placemats, please clean with a damp cloth.

We use recyclable and biodegradable packaging for all our products, including waterproof biodegradable cellulose wrap, recycled greyboard, recyclable cardboard boxes and envelopes.

Our lead times are as follows:

• 1-3 working days for non-personalised products.
• 2-4 working days for personalised products.
• Lead times for commissions average 2-4 weeks subject to availability and will be confirmed upon ordering.

We ship all physical products via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

For commissions, digital products will only be delivered via studio@stoutcrafted.com or WeTransfer.

We pride ourselves on creating high quality products and ensure each item is sufficiently packaged to minimise the chance of a product arriving damaged. In the event that a product arrives to you damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our returns process.

Due to the time-intensive nature of personalised products and commissions, we do not accept refunds and returns on these items. However, if a personalised or commissioned product arrives damaged, then we will look to replace the damaged item.
